Brief was to completely update the bathroom within separate living quarters of the home for a dependant person that was moving in. Simple, clean and budget conscious with a little extra storage.
Scope of works included, total demolition, scope out new plumbing, re-sheeting, and waterproofing. Create tiles Niche in shower, tiling throughout with pre-selected 300×600 budget gloss white tile and a non-slip beige floor tile to match house. Fitting of vanity cabinets, budget vitreous china vanity top, shaving cabinet and mirror. Fit all tapware and accessories including grip rails, floor wastes and stock standard Premier Roller shower screen. Electrical work to cover heating/extraction, LED downlights and Spa bath to cater for special needs.
